Description

This  TNMG grade carbide insert is used for CNC turning operations on stainless steel (SS) components. The HS chipbreaker geometry provides effective chip control and stable cutting performance during general and medium machining. For our SS machining applications, the insert is suitable for approximately 1.0–4.5 mm depth of cut, with a recommended cutting speed range of around 80–190 m/min, depending on the material condition, job rigidity, and machining parameters. The insert provides good wear resistance, consistent surface finish, dimensional stability, and reliable tool life, making it suitable for continuous production of stainless-steel CNC components.
